Personal share from Thea:

My main motivation comes from providing excellent service to every client with whom I come into contact with. I strongly believe that every interaction I have is an opportunity to make a positive impact on others. And I look for opportunities to improve my skills so that each client I interact with will have a warm and helpful experience.

My goal is to continually strive to improve the functionality of my workplace by developing, teaching, and implementing new administrative systems. Supporting my team and helping them grow overtime is a focus of mine that I will always work hard towards.

A quote that really resonates with me is ….

To give a real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. - Douglas Adams

THEA OLNEY-CSERE

Before embarking on my journey as an Operations Manager and Virtual Assistant I worked as an Education Assistant supporting children in my community. My passion for helping others and working with children drove me to attain my Education Assistant Diploma in 2013.

In 2016, I had my first son - I took a year off to immerse myself into my new roll of parenting. Since then I have experienced the pleasures of motherhood and was gifted another boy in 2021. Raising my two little boys has been and continues to be one of my most rewarding accomplishments. Family will always be my number one inspiration and motivation. While my love for my kids continue to grow in unimaginable ways, the drive to do more, my yearning to impact our community and set a strong example for my family was building up inside me.

I started working part-time as a Medical Office Assistant at a Registered Massage Therapy Clinic in 2017. Ever since, I felt first hand the joys of having a work-life balance. My passion for supporting others evolved into being a Virtual Assistant. Providing a service for those who want to thrive in attaining a balanced lifestyle, empowering business owners to share the same joy my family has brought to me while still staying true to the values I hold close to my heart.

I excel in computer operating systems ensuring organization skills needed by entrepreneurs in the health care industry. I am adaptable, strong in accounting aspects, booking, direct billing, and other administrative duties to help operations run smoothly. My knowledge and responsibilities propelled as fast as my love for my family. I am filled with an immense sense of appreciation and gratitude that I have now expanded my services and created TC Virtual Solutions for other Clinics in the Lower Mainland. I proudly lead in all operations for MICRO Massage & Wellness.
