CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you cannot make your appointment please notify our office, by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. In the absence of 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the FULL COST of your treatment, unless we are able to fill your appointment with another patient, in which case, you will not be charged. You will be required to pay for any treatment related fees which have not been or are not covered by your health insurance. There may be a cancellation fee applied to your account for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illness and barring emergencies.

In light of the COVID-19 situation we have relaxed our cancellation fee. No show fees may still apply.


NO SHOWS

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. In courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we require that you provide us with 24 hours notice of any cancellation or change of appointment time. In an event where you do not show up with no notice, there will be an outstanding charge added to your account.


LATE ARRIVALS

Please understand, if you arrive late for your appointment, Practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
